Do you think that the\u00a0French art of welcoming is a distinguishing feature in the international\u00a0hotel industry?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I am French, and my mother is French\u2026so I don\u2019t see the art of welcoming as a\u00a0business, but rather as a return to my origins. When I welcome a client, I call up\u00a0memories of summers spent between Paris and Normandy, and how my\u00a0grandmother created from those moments unforgettable memories. I remain\u00a0reserved in welcoming my clients since I have been raised with elegance,\u00a0education, but also simplicity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Within French culture dwells the elegance and education that a luxury hotel\u00a0requires when it welcomes guests. The art of welcoming, by definition, is above\u00a0all to give pleasure throughout a beautiful room, to give smiles and delicate\u00a0attentions, all with a natural politeness. This is what distinguishes luxury hotels,\u00a0where the expectations of our clients are exceptionally high.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What values are aligned with the reception of guests? What is your\u00a0approach within your hotel in the method of reception?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I believe that the most fundamental element when we welcome a guest is\u00a0respect. Each guest must trust us completely; it is up to us to make sure that we\u00a0exceed all their expectations. This, along with a friendly smile and the ready\u00a0availability of service, are, in my opinion, the fundamental guidelines for a\u00a0successful stay. The NH Collection experience certainly depends on a framework\u00a0at a certain level, but the differences always lie in our attention and our positive,\u00a0committed attitude toward our clients. The NH Collection Hotels were created\u00a0with the aim of satisfying the desires of demanding clients who are in search of\u00a0superbly located hotels in dream destinations with services of high quality. We\u00a0want our guests to feel \u2018special,\u2019 and we look to make sure that their stay\u00a0exceeds their expectation by bringing together meticulous attention with high-level service and products of quality.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What distinguishes you from your competitors?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I truly believe that our level of service and that of our competitors belong to a\u00a0very high level. We believe that the guest\u2014and not the client\u2014must be our sole\u00a0preoccupation. With this philosophy, and with the level of service implied by the\u00a0NH Hotel Group, we seek to differentiate ourselves from other hotels.
