Innovation within Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux<\/h1>\n
I invite you each day of this week to discover my interview with Philippe\u00a0Gombert, President of the brand Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux, around the French art of\u00a0welcoming and Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux.<\/p>\n
What actions have you put in place these last few years in your hotels that\u00a0have changed the quality of your clients\u2019 stays? What are the major\u00a0innovations that have distinguished Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux? Can you give us\u00a0some examples?<\/strong><\/h2>\n
These last few years, we\u2019ve sought to offer our clients new destinations. We\u00a0have therefore developed our network in Asia, in South America, and in Africa.\u00a0We also wanted to be able to offer accommodations in downtown areas, so that\u00a0our clients would be able to find establishments in major cities corresponding to\u00a0our twofold criteria of excellence and experience. We have therefore established\u00a0the presence of Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux in heart and soul in some of the largest cities\u00a0around the world (Paris, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, etc.).<\/p>\n
We have also worked extensively to inspire dreams, to give rise to the desire to\u00a0travel, largely with the help of digital tools. We are thus present across all tablet\u00a0and smartphone models with nearly 18,000 pictures. Our website is now\u00a0accessible in 7 different languages, including Brazilian-Portuguese and Russian.\u00a0As for social networking, Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux engages with its followers on\u00a0Facebook and Twitter but has sought to develop the emotional component using\u00a0Pinterest and Instagram.<\/p>\n
We have finally launched our new products:<\/p>\n

classic villas to castles, all the way to private islands and even yachts.<\/p>\n
