I invite you to discover their vision of the restaurant\u00a0from their perspective as architects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Let&#8217;s talk\u00a0about the dining room of Alain Ducasse Restaurant. How do you create a room\u00a0that is at once different and as remarkable in the morning as it is at night?\u00a0How do you show that it is different depending on the time of the day?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It\u2019s the same space, but it gives off a different vibe. It was a complex challenge.\u00a0We decided to create a room that was brighter and much more open. We thus\u00a0removed the partitions and drew back the curtains. The goal was to make our\u00a0clients feel good from the moment they arrive. We thus created silver bells in a\u00a0spirit of airiness and magic, and we worked with historic monuments to evolve a\u00a0former service corridor at the back of the restaurant. We created a cabinet of\u00a0curiosities in this space, which is only visible at night. What we wanted was for\u00a0our clients to feel as if they were in Alain Ducasse\u2019s home to take part in his\u00a0passion for kitchenware, crystal glasses, and copper objects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4022 size-large\" title=\"Restaurant d'Alain Ducasse avant\" src=\"https:\/\/www.luxury-hotel-expert.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Restaurant-Alain-Ducasse-avant-r%C3%A9novation-512x340.jpg\" alt=\"Restaurant d'Alain Ducasse avant r\u00e9novation\" width=\"512\" height=\"340\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The former Alain Ducasse Restaurant from 2001-2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4024 size-large\" title=\"Restaurant d'Alain Ducasse avant\" src=\"https:\/\/www.luxury-hotel-expert.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/pers-principale51-512x224.jpg\" alt=\"Ancien restaurant avant 2000\" width=\"512\" height=\"224\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The former restaurant of the Plaza Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e before\u00a02001<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How have you overturned the codes of traditional dining?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We\u2019ve reworked the tables of the restaurant to move toward a more natural,purer, and more sensual setting. There are no longer tablecloths; instead, you\u2019ll\u00a0find a wooden surface. When you place your hands on the table, you will hear\u00a0the spirit of the 400-year-old wood. Over the course of the meal, the tableware is\u00a0truly thought out to correspond to what is on your plate. You might find, for\u00a0example, a lacquered bowl or a wooden spoon. Revealed by the cooking show Top Chef broadcast on M6 in 2012, he is in charge of the hotel\u2019s six restaurants, namely the Table Gastronomique, the Cour Jardin, the Galerie, the Relais Plaza, the Montaigne terrace and the Bar.
