She was very disappointed at not being able to bring home this classic&nbsp;souvenir from the South.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Her smile, when I offered her a bunch of lavender when she left the hotel, left&nbsp;a simple but solid memory. She was overwhelmed by this small gesture, which made her feel as though she was much more than a client.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>custom-tailored&nbsp;service<\/strong>, always.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Biography of Pierre-Louis Renou :<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A graduate of the Ecole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re de <strong>Glion<\/strong> in Switzerland and Harvard Business School in the United States, Pierre-Louis Renou became involved in the luxury hotel industry at an early stage of his career. Originally from a family of <em>p\u00e2tissiers<\/em> from La Baule, he developed a taste for fine cuisine during his first post as chef in the famous Michel Gu\u00e9rard restaurant in Eug\u00e9nie-les-Bains.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He then joined the Concorde Hotel Group as Seminar and Banquet Sales Assistant for the <strong>H\u00f4tel de Crillon<\/strong>, after which he was appointed Seminar and Banquet Sales Manager at the Concorde Saint-Lazare. In 1995, he became Director of Conferences and Special Events at <strong>Le Martinez<\/strong> in Cannes. Three years later, he joined the Hilton group, where, after first working at the Paris Hilton (once again in charge of seminars and conferences), he embarked upon a career abroad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For four years, Pierre-Louis Renou gained experience in the <strong>British hotelindustry<\/strong> holding posts in a number of prestigious London hotels, firstly as Director of Operations in the <strong>Hilton London Paddington<\/strong>, then at the superb <strong>Sofitel Saint James<\/strong>. Having joined the Sofitel Group in 2005, he moved to the United States and spent two years as the Manager of the Sofitel Los Angeles, then became Managing Director of the <strong>Sofitel Washington Lafayette<\/strong> in February 2009, at the same time assuming responsibility for Sofitel\u2019s North America communications department.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pierre-Louis Renou is currently Managing Director of the <strong>Hotel Majestic Barri\u00e8re<\/strong> and coordinator of the SFCMC\u2019s (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Fermi\u00e8re du Casino Municipal de Cannes) hotel operations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Best Memory Hotel manager What is the most beautiful memory as Hotel General Manager ?&nbsp;Can you tell us an anecdote that you have experienced?
